Challenge Overview:

As a step towards this goal, the first three editions of the Cloud Platform Developer Hiring Challenge were held in 2021, and the last one on January 2022. A huge success with over 1500 registrations, the event saw 80+ shortlisted names of which multiple talents made the cut to be part of a name that embodies The Best or Nothing. These hiring challenges open up a world of opportunities to make an impact with our brand that builds the world’s best Connected Car Functions! Based on our bygone success, here’s presenting the Cloud Platform Developer Hiring Challenge in its fourth edition!

 

 

Eligibility:

• Candidates with 1-10 years of experience.
• Candidates with a qualification in BE/BTech.

Challenge Format:

• 1 Infra-based File Upload Question

Recruitment process:

After getting shortlisted at HackerEarth – Round of technical + HR interview

 

Recruitment process: Shortlisted candidates will undergo 2-3 rounds of technical interviews followed by the final interview with the Associate Director of the group with HR.

Experience & Skills

• Must have a product development background with exposure in the full lifecycle of a product from development to deployment and operational management.
• Successful record of accomplishment in the development of microservices using the ‘Backend for Frontend’model 
• Rich experience in developing cloud-native environments using Azure Platform services like AKS, ADO, AKV, ACR, Azure Postgres, Azure Redis, Azure Event Hub, Azure Kafka, Azure API Management, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Application Insights
• Experience working on Kubernetes and Containerized environments like Docker is a must
• Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services.
• Programming skills in Java/J2EE /Python/GoLang with a good understanding of OOPs design principles and Design Patterns
• Experience in developing Microservices using Spring, Spring Boot
• Good Knowledge of Agile, DevOps – Culture, concepts, tools, and technology
• Experience with various tools of the trade including build tools (maven, Gradle), version control (git), Development Environments(Eclipse, Intellij idea)
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
