About the Role:

As a Production Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing production support with product updates and issue resolution to ensure product availability and uptime.

What will you do :

• You will  provide daily support and on-call engineering support with a resolution of production issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
• You will interface with customer support (CS Team) to help resolve technical issues
• You will work closely with technical teams to enhance the quality of the existing product
• You will develop debugging tools
• You will  follow coding standards, unit-testing, and code reviews
• You will follow release cycles and commitment to timelines

What are we looking for?

Must have:

• BS / MS degree in computer science from premier institutes with top grades or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of programming experience in Java
• Strong problem-solving and debugging ability
• Familiarity with Linux commands, API Frameworks

Good to have:

• Android or iOS development experience

• Number of production issues resolved successfully
• Efficiency in debugging
• Debugging tools developed that aid in identifying the root cause
• Following a structured approach to solving problems and documenting/communicating effectively with other teams (CS, Engineering, Product, etc)
