The objective of the challenge is to identify the best Software Engineers to join a passionate team and work towards Advancing the World of Health!

 

Challenge Overview:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Years of experience: 3-6 years
• Skills: C#, ASP.NET, Data Structures and Algorithm

Challenge Format:

• 10 MCQs
• 2 Programming Questions (Language Restriction: C# and JavaScript) 

Assessment process:

• HackerEarth Coding Challenge
• Final Interaction

 

Recruitment process: Shortlisted candidates will undergo 2-3 rounds of technical interviews followed by the final interview with the Associate Director of the group with the HR.

The candidature will be subject to meeting R1 RCM Inc eligibility criteria in addition to test clearance.

As an engineer, you will work as part of the development team and participate in the design and development of healthcare software reporting systems. You will employ cutting-edge web-based and database technologies. Being an experienced person in a team, the expectation will be to mentor engineers and trainees. You will work closely with other team members for the delivery of projects.

Position Summary

• B.E/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent professional degree
• 3 - 6 years of experience designing and developing Web applications using SOLID , .Net Framework, .Net Core, ASP.Net, WCF and C#, MVC 4/5 Web Development, RESTful API Services, Web API and JSON
• Performs unit, integration and system testing to ensure the quality release of the product.
• Exposure to Agile Scrum and associated framework, User Stories /product backlog and TFS / JIRA Usage
• Experience with storage technologies such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Hive, Cassandra, Hadoop, and Kafka
• Takes initiative and ownership to drive development projects and invests in self-development
• Experience building high-performance, highly available, and scalable systems
